 This isn't just a dessert—it's a standing ovation in cake form. A soft “You did great today” wrapped in layers of raspberry and vanilla bean cream, crowned with berries, pansies, and a gold flake that says, “You’re golden.” Elegance in every bite. Wouldn’t mind being applauded like this every day, right? 이건 그냥 디저트가 아니에요. 하루의 끝에서 “오늘도 잘 버텼다”는 당신에게 보내는 작고 달콤한 박수입니다. 고운 꽃과 베리 위에 살짝 올린 금박 한 조각은, 평범한 하루에 살짝 얹은 기쁨의 한 스푼! 맛도, 비주얼도 ‘우아하게’ 완성된 오늘의 케이크, 여러분 마음에 드시나요?

Red Muse

  There’s something special about a cake that’s made just for the team — not just baked, but made with care, for a reason, and for a moment. This vanilla mousse cake was created by one of our talented chefs to celebrate our teammates' birthdays this month. We gathered around, shared laughs, and enjoyed every smooth, rich bite together. The berries were bursting, the cream was cloud-light, and honestly? It made our day. There wasn’t a name for this cake, but I couldn’t help myself — I wanted to give it one.
